manchester honey – wild gardening

We work with bees to produce terrific honey. We don’t pasteurise, blend or heavily filter our honey, and it comes from single apiaries. We work with the bees respectfully, rather than as a commodity.  The honey reflects what the bees have been feeding on, and changes from hive to hive and season to season.

You can find our honey at some of Manchester’s best eateries- Pollen Bakery, Village Greens, and on award-winning menus at Skof, Winsome and The Pearl. We also manage beehives for some pretty amazing clients- including L’Oréal.

We’re a friendly, fresh-thinking bunch who believe in living well and doing good.
